Parenting is hard and finding the joy when you’re knee-deep in specialist appointments, IEP meetings, and tantrums can feel impossible.

You’ve read the books, you’ve done the online research, you have a plan, but you still struggle to help your child thrive. You want less tantrums, less explosions, and more listening, more ease.

I’m here to help.

I’ve been around neurodiversity my whole life: my brother was born with Down syndrome, my son has autism, and I’ve been a professional working with special needs children and their families for over a decade.

I’ve got the science-backed, life-tested tools you need and I can’t wait to share them with you. Here’s how we can work together:

Single Coaching Session

One 90-minute coaching session where we dive into your biggest current challenge.

Prior to our call you’ll answer a few questions that will help me begin to understand your child, your family, and your parenting approach.

During our call we’ll discuss your parenting trouble spots and determine which tools can help you move the needle.

We’ll map out a game plan and I will share worksheets that will help you along the way.

Two weeks after our session we’ll check in for 30-minutes to see what’s working, what’s not, and tweak your game-plan as needed.

Make a Change Coaching Package

Making changes that stick takes time. If you’re looking for the one-on-one support that can help you implement new routines and skills over the long run, the Make A Change coaching package is for you.

Over three months we’ll have six 60-minute sessions. Prior to our call you’ll answer a few questions that will help me begin to understand your child, your family, and your parenting approach.

During our first call we’ll come up with a game plan and timeline. You’ll have my support and guidance or 90 days as you implement new tools. We’ll work through frustrations and trouble-shoot your child’s most disruptive behaviors.
